Waited 45 minutes for a breakfast that didn't arrive. Went up to ask how much longer it would be, was told by a spotty girl waddling around that there was a 20 minute wait. Told her it's been 45 minutes which she replied "ill go and ask" and waddled off, no apology and then never came back to let us know if/when our food would come. 10 minutes later 2 totally wrong breakfasts (1 should of been a veggie) were brought over so I went up and asked for refund which she just replied "ok" still no apology. Piss poor service even for a spoons you'd expect better than this. Won't go there again. Think you're in the wrong job "Jess B" (name on receipt) as customer service clearly isn't your strong point

Had a family and friends meeting the staff were spot on.
It was very busy great atmosphere.

Ordering on the app was a waste of time Friday and Saturday I waited 20-40 minutes each time for my drinks I ended up going to bar to collect it myself . The staff were friendly , clean pub . I did not have food

The food is always good, we go for breakfast quite often. Always hot and delicious.
Some of the staff can be quite rude sometimes and don’t look like they enjoy working there.
The glasses often are dirty.
The tables aren’t cleared so it’s tricky to sit somewhere clean to eat and order.

Good wether spoons with a car park out back which is cheap. Food was pretty good and the staff were really helpful. Nice location, chepstow is a lovely place.

Quite a good Wetherspoons I find....visited a number of times to eat and have a couple of beers of course!....seems to be well maintained and so forth.... traditional feel....on two levels with a fireplace on the lower area.... staircase and also a small lift which is helpful naturally....prices reasonable....as one would expect perhaps.... service ranges from good to adequate if I am being totally frank!....I would certainly give a general recommendation....
